Visual Studio Code - How to Check Your Version (Mac)

To check the VSCode version, choose "About Visual Studio Code" from the Code menu.

Version Check Procedure

  1. With VSCode active, select "Code" from the menu at the top of the screen.

  2. When the menu appears, choose "About Visual Studio Code".

  3. The version information is displayed.

    Press the Copy button to copy the displayed contents to the clipboard.
